ARTICLE 1. TICKET SELLER – SERVICE PROVIDER :
Definitions

ARTICLE 2. - THE TICKET BUYER (PASSENGER) :
The individual who shall be provided with BUYER transportation service affixed to purchasing "Passenger Transportation Ticket" via "https://www.ferryfind.com" website which shall be issued according to the collected information through this site.
In case the credit or debit card holder including virtual cards the service's interlocutor is different, both parties shall be considered as responsible parties for this transaction due to the following certitudes detailed below;
Credit / Debit or Virtual card holder; The service's recipient due to using this payment method in order to purchase this service, "Passenger Transportation Ticket" via "https://www.ferryfind.com; in view of receiving the service promptly or in due course either individually or for a group of passengers and provided that all personal details of the said passenger(s) have been entered at the website for the issue of the ticket and onwards for the provision of the transportation through the Carrier IT IS UNDERSTOOD , that all parties consent and accept above statement and confirm to conform to their obligations which raise from the ticket agreement and at the same time reserve all rights as per EU Regulation on Passengers Traveling By Sea Rights .
BUYER confirms the truthfulness of the information which provided and acknowledges all arrangements indicated in this passenger carriage contract.
ARTICLE 3 : “THE WEB SITE - ONLINE TICKET PLATFORM”
By special agreement filed at the Kos TAX Office of the Independent Authority Of Public Revenue the Carrier hereby appoints Messrs Boat & The Sea Ferry Services as their wholesale ticket distributor for all ferry operations between Greece and Turkey . Boat & The Sea Ferry Services owns and manages its website for online ticket sales https://www.ferryfind.com and will be called as "internet website" hereinafter.
ARTICLE 4 : PURCHASE OF TICKETS -TRANSFER ORDER RECEIPTS
The purchase of can be carried through:
• Via all collaborating travel and shipping agencies in Greece or Abroad
• Via respected International Online Ticket Sales Websites
PTA orders can only be edited either at central port agencies or from purser's office staff.
Each passenger's ticket is personal, bears the passenger's name, is not transferable and is only valid for the class, stretch and date it was issued for.
Tickets can be changed at any travel agency, irrespective of the agency that issued them, since the travel agent agrees.
Passengers must secure their place in time, especially during peak seasons.
Currency on board is the EURO.
ARTICLE : 5 PASSENGERS NAME LIST
According to the S.O.LAS. regulation, it is mandatory, for reasons of safety, to state the following information when making your reservation: Surname, Name (Initial), gender, age category (child / adult / infant). When reserving a ticket (either online or at a travel agent), the passenger must provide full details of his / her ID, telephone number and e-mail in order to be noticed and informed by the company in the case of any delay or cancellation of the itinerary.
In the case that the passenger is not willing to provide the company with his contact details this is noted on the ticket. Online Reservations: the passenger fills in his contact details in the appropriate fields available or chooses the option "I do not want to be informed in the case of any delay or cancellation of the itinerary". The passenger must also check that the details printed on the ticket
are correct (date, time, itinerary, vessels name, ID details, etc.) and not to accept any ticket in the case something is wrongly printed.
ARTICLE 6 : FARES/SPECIAL OFFERS
The port taxes, snacks and beverages from the ship's bar are not included in the price of the ticket.

ARTICLE 7 : BOARDING AND CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Passengers must be at the check in point an hour before travelling. If the passenger misses the departure, they are not entitled to any refund. Passengers must present to the authorized personnel of the vessel their ticket, passport, identity card or other valid travel documents. The company reserves the right to deny embarkation to any individual who, according to the best of company's
knowledge, does not appear to possess valid travel documents or fails to prove, beyond doubt, his/her identity. During embarkation and voyage, authorized person conducts ticket controls. While these checks take place the passengers are obliged to demonstrate both their tickets and the supporting documents concerning a commercial reduction in the case that a reduction ticket has
been issued. Any passenger, who wish to change the destination that is on the ticket, must notify the Financial Officer and pay the difference. Passengers, who travel to a different destination than the one that appears on the ticket, will be amenable to a fine and other legal procedures.
Any passenger who travels without ticket will be delivered to the Port Authority as a stowaway.
ARTICLE 8 : DELAY-CANCELLATION OF TRIP
In the event of prohibition of departure due to bad weather conditions or due to official orders from port authorities, the company claims no responsibility for possible delay or cancelation of the trip. In that case, passengers can modify their tickets or get a refund of the full amount paid for the ticket.
The shipping company reserves the right (with approval of Mercantile Marine Ministry) to replace the ferry a ticket was issued for, with another ferry. The routes are subject to modifications and are published in our website https://www.ferryfind.com/
ARTICLE 9 : TICKETS CANCELLATION
The passengers can cancel or replace their tickets and get a partial or full refund depending on the date of cancellation.
No Refund Is Given and 100% Cancelation will be charged for cancelations occurred from 2 days till the departure time of the scheduled voyage.
In the case that a ticket is cancelled within a period of seven (7) days to three (3) days prior to the vessel's scheduled date and time of departure, a refund of 50% on the fare is granted.
From fourteen (14) days up to seven (7) days prior to the vessel's scheduled date and time of departure, a refund of 75% on the fare is granted.
Up to 14 days before departure date: 100% refund on tickets value.
Alternatively, the passenger is given the possibility to convert these tickets into Open Date (Open) in order to use them on a future trip, provided that the request has been made before departure.
After the vessel's departure tickets cannot be cancelled, cannot be converted to Open Date (Open) and cannot be transferred to another date.
Tickets cannot be cancelled via telephone. Tickets can be cancelled or converted only by the travel agent that issued them or
by the company's central port agent.
ARTICLE 10 : SAFETY REGULATIONS
It is strictly forbidden to carry guns, explosive materials or other dangerous substances or materials on board. Smoking on board is prohibited within the Vessel's interior. For reasons concerning the safety of the Vessel and the passengers as well as the protection of the environment, you are kindly
requested not to throw cigarettes which have not been extinguished inside or outside the Vessel or overboard.
Passengers must abide by all safety regulations during embarkation, disembarkation and voyage, meet hygiene rules and conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow passengers and crew. Furthermore, they must abide by every order given by the Master or direction given by members of the crew during the voyage and address the competent members of the crew if a
problem arises.
Complaints during the trip should be addressed to the vessel's Master or Staff Captain. Upon arrival complaints may be addressed to the shipping company.
ARTICLE 11 : IMPAIRED PASSENGERS
Throughout your journey, we , the operator will provide clear and correct information about the service and your passenger rights, including access conditions for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
ARTICLE 12 : LUGGAGE
Passengers are entitled to carry free of charge luggage up to 40 kg and 0.5 m3. During the voyage, luggage remains in the garage into specially designed areas. However, because it is prohibited to access the garage of the Vessel while travelling, passengers must take with them any personal belongings they might need during the voyage. Money, securities and other valuable objects can be handed to the Vessel's Purser's Office for safe keeping. The Vessel and the Company bear no responsibility for theft or loss of money, securities or other valuable objects inside the Vessel, in the case that they have not been entrusted with for safekeeping. In case of loss of personal belongings, passengers can address the Company.
ARTICLE 13 : PETS
The animal's presence in interior common areas of the ship (cabins, bars, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
The Company's vessels have special exterior areas for pets. Domestic animals must always be accompanied by their owner, they must be tied (with a leash or chain) and they must wear a muzzle if they are outside of their cage. Passengers traveling with a pet must always have with them a recently updated health booklet and they are responsible for its care, security and hygiene.

Our company makes official announcements concerning Voyage Cancelations , Time Changes , Important Safety Information if any , Destination issues , special offers , Covid-19 measures on board and at destinations and in principal we announce important information that concern your voyage .

BOARDING PROCEDURE
All passengers should have a valid passport, identity card or other travel documents. Boat & The Sea Ferry Services is not responsible in case the authorities prevent a passenger from continuing his/her trip. Boat & The Sea Ferry Services reserve their right to deny embarkation to any passenger who does not provide valid travel documents. In case a fine is imposed on Boat & The Sea Ferry Services and /or its agents by the immigration office, the amount will be charged to the passenger who failed to provide the proper legal documents. In the event of immigration officials refusing entry, the passenger will be sent back at his own expense. We would recommend that citizens of all states contact the appropriate consulate for details. Infants and children also require an official form of identification. All persons and all items brought on board the vessel are liable to be searched. Persons refusing to comply with this demand shall be denied access on board and will be reported to the appropriate port authorities. All passengers are required to present their boarding card and a valid passport or ID to the vessel's authorized personnel. The carrier reserves the right to deny embarkation to any individual who does not possess a valid boarding card and valid travel documents or fails to prove beyond doubt, his/her identity. Once you get on board you are not allowed to disembark prior to sailing. If you do so, you should take all your luggage and personal belongings . Please report at check-in any firearms you might carry.
